Pilates Instruction Now Available:

Personal Training for Pilates at Anne Maries Fitness Center in Palm Harbor by appointment only with Sevdiah call (727) 560-1063 or (727) 785-2918 to set an appointment.  Apprenticeship prices are: 1 on 1 - $35 per hour, 2 people - $25/hr each and for 3 people - $20/hr each.  These prices are for a limited time and will rise to $60 per hour after my apprenticeship is complete.  Do yourself a favor and take advantage of this offer while it is available. Sevdije is being certified through The Physical Mind Institute.
